1. About MT Trends

MT Trends ("the Service", "we", "us", "our") is a fashion discovery and price-tracking platform operated by Obrro Limited, trading as Myflaxs, a company registered in England & Wales.

MT Trends allows users to explore fashion products, track prices across retailers, discover deals and new arrivals, and receive alerts about price changes or promotions. The platform is currently in a pre-launch / waitlist phase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use MT Trends. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent where required.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MT Trends only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from MT Trends without our express written consent.

Third-party brand names, logos, trademarks, and product images remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on MT Trends does not imply endorsement of, or affiliation with, Obrro Limited or Myflaxs. Brands are displayed for discovery and reference purposes only.

5. Affiliate Links and Commercial Relationships

MT Trends may contain affiliate links to third-party retailers. If you click on these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence the products or deals we feature.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Obrro Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the MT Trends service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed £100 (one hundred pounds sterling) or the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, whichever is greater.
